Biography

A life of service, rooted in care.

Chris and Rahnella Adsit are authors, speakers, and thought leaders in trauma healing. Together, they bring more than 35 years of experience serving people who have encountered physical, emotional, or spiritual crisis.

Across their ministry, they have served on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ, CRU Military, Athletes in Action, and Disciplemakers International. Their work is shaped by a conviction that faith, wise care, and practical next steps belong together — especially for those whose stories have been shaped by trauma or the demands of service.

As a couple, Chris and Rahnella offer a distinctive perspective for spouses, caregivers, leaders, and helping communities. Their teaching creates room for truth-telling, strengthens pathways toward restoration, and reminds people that they do not have to carry the weight alone.
